Core Definition and Working Principle

A vibrating screen is a key industrial equipment that uses the principle of mechanical vibration to classify, remove impurities, dehydrate, and remove media from granular, powdery, and slurry materials. It is widely used in fields such as mining, metallurgy, coal, and building materials.

Working mechanism: Periodic excitation force is generated by a vibration motor or exciter to drive the screen box and screen mesh to move in specific trajectories (linear, circular, elliptical, or composite vibration), enabling materials to achieve on the screen surface.

Vibrating feeder (also known as vibrating feeding machine, vibrating feeder) is an automated equipment that realizes uniform, quantitative and continuous material conveying by using the principle of vibration. It is widely used in the front end of crushing and screening production lines in industries such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, and chemical industry, providing stable feeding for subsequent equipment and capable of completing rough screening operations simultaneously.

The sand washing machine achieves sand and gravel cleaning through the synergistic effect of mechanical force and hydraulic power:

Mechanical action: The motor drives the spiral blades or wheel buckets to rotate through the reducer, driving the sand and gravel to roll, stir, and rub in the water tank, peeling off the surface attachments.

Hydraulic action: Water flows wash the sand and gravel, impurities are discharged from the overflow port along with the water flow, and clean sand and gravel are output from the discharge port.

Classification and dehydration: Some high-end models integrate hydraulic cyclone separation technology, which can precisely control the moisture content of the finished sand, while recovering fine sand and reducing resource waste.
